Meet our Staff
Our staff members are handpicked by our administrative team and have undergone a careful background check, taken multiple certified training courses and have an early childhood education certificate. Each lead teacher provides lesson plans that include all areas of our learning program, encourage loving and accepting peer relationships among the children, and enhance their learning in a motivating and enriching environment.
I have been in the childcare field for 16 years, and am interning to be the Youth Pastor at Crossroads Church. I have been volunteering in our youth ministry for 11 years. My husband and I have 3 children, 2 Huskies, and 3 cats. I look forward to serving you all and following the path God has for me.
I came to The Crossroads in 2010 and began serving as the Youth Pastor. Last June I took the Lead Pastor position and am still leading Next Gen, our middle school group. I am married my beautiful wife and we have been blessed with a daughter and son. I love the Cubs and Bears and still love my wife even though she is a Brewers and Packers fan…
Assistant Director & Substitute Teacher
I’m a member of the church, where I now call home and have been with CKC since 2019. I am a wife and mother of two boys and three dogs. I’m currently attending Capella University pursuing a Masters in psychology, which I hope to use to help children and families in need of care. I love reading, being outdoors, family time, volunteering, and taking road trips. I am allergic to dairy, but I love trying and cooking new foods!
Dietary Director & Administration Specialist
I have been with CKC since April 2019. My husband and I have a one-year-old son. We enjoy spending time outside as a family hiking, camping, and hobby farming. Agriculture is very important to us as a family and we are excited to raise the next generation to be just as passionate as we are. For CKC, I am a jack of all trades but spend most of my time meal prepping and planning.
Assistant Infant Teacher
I have worked at the Crossroads Kids Connection since 2013. I love teaching and interacting with children and watching them grow. I am bilingual and enjoy teaching children Spanish and seeing them learn. I am a wife and mother of four kids. I do not like to watch TV, but instead stay very busy cooking, sewing, and being outdoors. I enjoy traveling with my husband and walking my dog.
Co-Lead Twos Teacher
I am a 2020 graduate of Johnson Creek High School. I would like to continue my education in Early Childhood. I am currently an assistant teacher, while in the process of finishing my course to become a Lead Teacher. I love being around children. My favorite thing to do with the children is taking them on walks when the weather is nice.
Lead Preschool Teacher & Curriculum Coordinator
I am a mother of three; a son and two daughters. Being the middle child of 5, I have always had children in my life. I love working with all ages. I have spent the past year assisting the 4K classes at the Johnson Creek Elementary and am a Girl Scout troop leader. I am a volunteer for the Crossroads One Way Club for grades 1-2 and am highly involved in the Crossroads Community Church. I love to read, do crafts, sew, garden, camp, and spend time with my family.
Lead School Age Teacher
Hello! After graduating High School as part of the Class of 2020, I plan to attend MATC for two years and then transfer to UW Whitewater to complete my Bachelor’s Degree in Education. I love working with children and have a passion for helping them learn. I enjoy sports, specifically football, and am learning to keep my bedroom clean thanks to working here!
Seasonal Substitute Teacher
Hello! I am currently attending UW Madison to complete my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary education. I plan to teach Middle School English. I started in the baby room here and can't wait to work with the babies again this summer! I love to spend time with my family and friends and enjoy sunshine paired with a cup of coffee in the morning.
