Parents and staff are partners in the care and education of our children, that is why two-way communication is vital.
Crossroads Kids Connection has two scheduled parent/teacher conferences per year; one in the spring and one in the fall. Dates and times are posted yearly. The staff and Director are willing to answer any questions or consider any suggestions you might have. You may contact them if you wish to set up a conference concerning your child's progress.
We urge you to actively evaluate the program and offer suggestions and recommendations to the director. If you would like to share any of your talents, eat with your child, or participate in field trips, we would be delighted to have you. You are welcome to visit and observe the program at any time.
All tuition is paid through HiMama and due on Friday of each week. To pay your tuition, log in to your HiMama account and select "Invoices" from the menu. Download the Himama app here.

Spots for care are limited and change regularly. Please submit an application to see if there is a spot available for your family. We work on a first-come, first-served basis, and reserved spots are only secure after the below process is complete.

Once your application is received you will be notified of availability and a tour will be scheduled. A tour can be scheduled at any time before your child starts care and is required.
Enrollment or waitlist forms will then be sent to complete and return.
Once the forms are returned, you will be invoiced for the registration/holding fee (see our Fee Schedule for current pricing).
When payment is received paid and tour completed, your spot will be secured.
