Are you open during the COVID-19 Safer at Home bill?We are open and taking children of essential workers on an as needed basis. Day minimums and schedule change fees are not applicable during this time. Please call us if you are in need of temporary or permanent care for you children so you can care for our community. Are there a minimum number of days my child must attend?A minimum of 3 days and 5-10 hours per day for Infants to 4K students. A minimum of 2 days for Kindergarten students and up.

How do I pay my tuition?Revised 01/18/2021 PAYING YOUR TUITION Cash or check can be dropped off in the payment lock box. There are envelopes available. Credit card and Bank Transfer payments are to be made in the HiMama app. We accept Wisconsin Shares funding and request funds to be transferred monthly.

Do you provide meals for children?Infants formula, breast milk, baby food, etc needs to be provided to children under 1 year old. With parent permission, we can assist infants 6 months to 1 year old in trying table food. This needs to be discussed with their teacher in advance. Ages 1 year to 4K are provided breakfast at 8:00 am, snack at 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm. Cold lunches must be provided by parents. Ideally these should not need to be refrigerated or microwaved as not all rooms have these amenities. School agers are provided a breakfast snack before taken to school in the morning as well as a 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm snack during the school year. During non-school days and the summer months, we provide breakfast at 8:00 am, snack at 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm. Cold lunches must be provided by parents. Ideally these should not need to be refrigerated or microwaved as not all rooms have these amenities. Monthly menus are provided for parents to review and inform teachers of dietary restrictions for their children.

Can my family or I visit my child while at daycare?Our classrooms have open door policies! We welcome any parent/guardian approved family member to visit and interact with their family child and class without notice. However, we are a locked facility and you will need to ring the doorbell labeled CKC.

What are your sanitizing and cleaning procedures?All classrooms and bathrooms are sanitized daily. Toys are sanitized in rotation weekly. All cleaning procedures are followed as instructed by the Wisconsin State Department of Children and Families for group care centers.

Do you take the children on field trips?When weather is appropriate, we take walking field trips around the community. This may include the library, elementary school playground, fire station, police station, city park, post office, or other community locations. Parents are provided advance notice of these walking field trips and authorization is required upon enrollment, but not on an individual event basis. Teachers may take their class for walks during recess times, but do not make visits during these instances. We do not use motor transportation.

Do you take donations?We always welcome donations of toys, spare clothing, books, art supplies, etc. We can not accept donations of food or cleaning supplies. Each classroom either has a list posted or can provide a list of desired classroom items.

What do I need to provide for my child?Different ages require different items to be provided daily, weekly, or permenantly. Your child's teacher should provide you with a list of necessary items. All items should be labeled with your child's first and last name. Below is a general list of items needed: Infants - bottles, formula/breast milk, cereal, baby food, spare clothes, diapers, wipes, cream, pacifier, weather appropriate outerwear/ Ones, Twos & Pre-K - shoes, spare clothes, cold lunch, snacks, blanket, weather appropriate outerwear School Age - cold lunch and weather appropriate outerwear
