Meet our Staff

Hi Ho, I'm Pastor Joe (Joepaaa)! I came to this church in 2010 and began serving as the Youth Pastor. June 2018, I took the Lead Pastor position and am still leading our elementary school youth group, One Way. I have a beautiful wife, daughter, and son. We also have various pets like dogs, parakeets, and chickens. I love the Cubs and Bears and still love my wife even though she is a Brewers and Packers fan… 

Hey there! I’ve been a member of the Crossroads Church since 2020 and love being involved here! I also help lead our Women's Bible Study Group. I am a wife and mother of two boys and one dog. I love reading, the outdoors, family time, volunteering, and taking road trips. I am lactose intolerant, but love trying and cooking new foods! I’m currently pursuing a master’s degree in psychology, which I hope to use to help children and families in need of support and care. 

Hi! I have worked with children in the childcare field, the Johnson Creek school district, and youth groups since 2000. 

I am married with 3 children who keep me busy with various activities, especially sports. We also have 2 dogs and 3 cats. My favorite things to do are read, ride our motorcycle with my husband, host parties so I can try new recipes, and play games so I can act like a kid. 

My favorite part of my job is visiting classrooms to play with the kids or hear about their day. My goals include mentoring a new generation of teachers, providing unique care to the families in our community, and sharing Jesus with them all. I love God and know I was called by Him to love the kids in our community; so that is what I try to do every day, from cradle to college.

Hello! I have been with CKC since September 2024 and previously contributed to the CKC team from 2019 to 2023. My role primarily involves providing office support, though I am often told that I am a 'jack of all trades'. My husband and I have one son and lots of critters at home! We enjoy spending time together as a family, including hiking, camping, and farming. Agriculture is very important to us as a family, as both my husband and I come from agriculture backgrounds and both hold bachelor's degree in the agriculture field, so we are excited to be raising the next generation to be just as passionate as we are.  

Hello, I'm also known as Pastor PopPop.  I have been a lifelong resident of the Lake Mills area.  My wife Teresa and I have been married since 2006 and have four grown children along with one grandchild and a second due to arrive shortly. 

Most of my career was in food service management, working for twenty-eight years in the kitchens of St Coletta of Wisconsin, Inc.  and finishing up with nine years at Rainbow Hospice Care, Inc. I now cook for the kids at CKC, making sure they enjoy nourishing and delicious meals every day.

I have been a part of the Crossroads Church for ten years, becoming a member in 2012, and an Associate Pastor in July of 2020.  I currently lead the Trustee Board, the Men’s Life Group, and I am a listener and teacher in the One-Way Club Children’s Ministry. 

Hello! I'm Brenda, and I absolutely adore being around kids. They always teach me something new, and it brings me joy to see their pride in their accomplishments. I especially love spending time with babies and making them smile. Here are some fun facts about me: my favorite color is pink, I enjoy anything related to art, I love being outdoors, and I cherish my family.

Hello! I grew up in little ol’ Jefferson born and raised! I have a son, Dex, who is such a smart, loving, almost birthday twin, outdoors little boy! I was a CNA for 8 years before I decided it was time to take my love of caring and always learning to a younger generation. I couldn’t be more excited about this decision!  Outside of work I am a homebody. I love relaxing, playing games on my switch, watching movies, and cross stitching!

Hello! I am Miss Cynthia! My son and I live in Jefferson. I had the privilege of being a stay-at-home mom until my son started school. I've also worked at Starbucks and therefore love coffee.

I like going to the zoo and spending time outside in the summer. I do not like the cold. My favorite color is purple. I'm a foodie, but I hate vegetables.

Hola! I have worked at Crossroads Kids Connection since 2012. I love teaching and interacting with children and watching them grow. I am bilingual and enjoy teaching children Spanish and seeing them learn.  

I am a wife and mother of four kids. I do not like to watch TV, but instead stay very busy cooking, sewing, and being outdoors. I enjoy traveling with my husband and family around the world! 

Hi, I'm Miss Hailey! I graduated from Jefferson High School in 2021. I started with CKC July 2022 through an outside training program. I officially joined the team in October 2022 and have been able to work in every classroom. I love working with kids of all ages! I enjoy playing with kids and teaching them new things.

Some of my favorite things are chocolate and tacos! My favorite colors are purple and black. I am a Harry Potter fan, love to read, and spend time with friends.

​My name is Ella Kuklinski and I am a student at Jefferson High School. I chose to work in childcare because I enjoy being around kids and working hands on. I hope to someday go to college pursuing a degree in education. In my spare time, I enjoy hanging out with my friends and being outside.

Hi, my name is Kaley! I chose to work in childcare because I have always loved helping children learn, grow, and discover new things about the world around them. My favorite part about teaching is seeing the excitement in a child’s eyes when they accomplish something new and knowing I was able to support them along the way. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, photography, and spending time with family and friends. A few of my favorite things are the color pink, pizza, and dogs. I am so excited to be part of this community and to build positive, lasting connections with the children and their families!

Hi! I’m Kenzie! I worked at CKC for a year back in 2021 and I am so excited to be back! In high school, I participated in tennis and track. I also love hike, go on day trips, and bike. I am enjoying getting to know and work with these amazing kids again!

Hi, I am truly a nerd at heart and I love anything, Marvel and Harry Potter. I also really enjoy reading, arts and crafts, and even though I'm allergic to nature, I love any reason to get outside. I also have a dog named Homer, and a tortoise named Udway.  I am graduated from Johnson Creek High School and I am attending UW Eau Claire for Elementary Education. 

Hi, I graduated from Johnson Creek High School in 2018 and UW-Whitewater in 2025 for education! During the school year, I teach at Lake Mills Elementary school. I started at CKC in late summer of 2021, and I love it here! Spending time with kids and encouraging them to use their imagination is my favorite! I love getting to know the kids and help them grow! 

I have played softball since I was about 7 and I love to play pretty much any sport! Nature and animals are passions of mine as well. 

Hi, I am a senior at Johnson Creek High School and am excited for my first childcare experience. I'm one of five siblings and have a big family, so getting into childcare has always been important to me. I love kids and can't wait to learn more about working with them! 

In my free time, I play basketball and am in track, work at a summer leadership camp, spend time with family and friends, watch TV shows like Survivor, and learn about different interests of mine. I hope to attend a university after high school and study business with a focus on non-profits.
